Crossfit is a strength and conditioning program consisting of daily workouts that are constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, increase stamina or just be able to stay mobile, we can adjust and scale the workouts to meet your needs and fitness level.
We concentrate on developing a solid understanding and ability to perform the common lifts found in Olympic weightlifting outside of our traditional CrossFit classes. We have a USAW coach who can properly and thoroughly assist you with perfecting your form and increasing your strength.

SilverSneakers is a fitness and wellness program offered at no additional cost to seniors 65+ on eligible Medicare plans that helps you get active, get fit, and connect with others. Our program is designed for all levels and abilities and provides access to online and in-person classes. If you have an eligible Medicare Plan, you might already be eligible!
