I love fitness! I’ve always been involved in sports and working out in some capacity, whether it be football, lifting weights, snowboarding or coaching wrestling. I love the challenging workouts, camaraderie and encouragement the CrossFit community provides versus solo training in the gym. No workout is ever the same and I’ve really enjoyed pushing myself to be better than I was the day before. I love coaching and seeing others meet and achieve their own goals. When I’m not instructing or working out myself, I’m usually spending time with my wife, Jenny and our three-year-old son or watching college football—Go Spartans!
