Biography

Mike Finney is a head coach at CrossFit Christiansburg. Specializing in improving human movements. I am very passionate about success for everyone. I enjoy hearing that someone has achieved a goal that they had set for themselves. That’s what I want to hear. That’s one of the reasons I love what I do at CrossFit Christiansburg. Prior to joining CrossFit, I played in several sports including baseball, track and field and basketball. Formerly in the U.S. Navy for eight years and a local business owner for last 20 years.
