Crossfit is a strength and conditioning program consisting of daily workouts that are constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, increase stamina or just be able to stay mobile, we can adjust and scale the workouts to meet your needs and fitness level.
Once a week, we offer a one hour yoga session with a certified instructor. We encourage members to perform mobility and movement work as it will not only help your performance but will also help your body recover and and assist in repairing itself from the intense workouts. Yoga helps put your mind at ease and allow you to find a state of relaxation.
We concentrate on developing a solid understanding and ability to perform the common lifts found in Olympic weightlifting outside of our traditional CrossFit classes. We have a USAW coach who can properly and thoroughly assist you with perfecting your form and increasing your strength.

Need help with your daily diet? Our coaches will help you stay on track and keep you accountable with figuring out how to adjust your diet and give you meal ideas.
Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our CrossFit classes. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our (experienced) coaches. Our quarterly 6-week challenges are a great way kick start your weight loss in safe supportive group environment.
If health and longevity and just over all looking and feeling good are your top priorities, we got you! We encourage you to try all of our offering; CrossFit, Olympic lifting, personal training, yoga and open gym to find the format that you enjoy the most. Our staff of experienced coaches are happy to work with you to help develop a workout schedule that will help you thrive to look and feel your best both in and out of the gym.
If you’re an older athlete or looking to get back into working out after a long hiatus, you’re in good hands with us. Our On-Ramp classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.
